Sweet & Spicy cubed Pheasant Breast

Ingredients:
1 - pakage of Maple bacon
Brown Sugar
Chilli powder
Directions:
Cut the Pheasant breast into 3/4 inch strips. Roll them in the brown sugar and sprinkle with the chilli powder. Wrap them in the Maple bacon. Use a tooth pick to hold them together. Then roll them again in the brown sugar and bake on 375 for 30- 40 minutes.
